Company activity

The company’s scope of activity includes the installation and commissioning of telecommunications systems and industrial and technical facilities, installation of power transmission lines and high-voltage substations, execution of all construction operations related to electrical facilities, supply of human resources, power plant substations, residential complexes and apartments, as well as road construction and dam construction, execution of building operations, production of cement bases and electrical fittings, consulting on the equipping and maintenance of medical equipment, preparation and production of various solar energy systems including educational aid devices, lighting lamps, and solar power distribution systems in compliance with the country’s current laws and regulations.

Overland distribution lines

Considering that constructing these sub-distribution networks from city centers is very challenging and sometimes poses serious health risks to residents near these lines, the policies of the Ministry of Energy regarding passive defense dictate that these lines should be constructed underground by regional electricity companies. Fardis Niroo Shiraz Company has also started implementing its projects in this field since 2006 (1385 in the Iranian calendar) in line with this policy.

Examples of the company’s projects executed in this field:
  • Construction of a 63 kV underground line from Rey Power Plant to Tehran Oil Substation, 5 km in length, executed as EPC
  • Construction of a 63 kV underground line from Imam Hossein Substation to 230/63 kV Fajr Substation in Bandar Abbas
  • Construction of a 66 kV double-circuit line in Bushehr
  • Construction of a 63 kV underground line from Nakhl-e Nakhoda, 5 km in length
  • Construction of a 63 kV underground line from the Central Substation to the City Center Substation of Rudan in Hormozgan Province

Power transmission lines

Shiraz Fardis Niroo Company has been actively operating in this field since 1999 and has implemented and commissioned hundreds of kilometers of medium-voltage overhead networks, low-voltage networks, and transformer installations across the country. Below are a few examples of executed projects, and the company has signed over 80 contracts with various employers in this area.

– Construction of 100 kilometers of medium-voltage networks under the Ministry of Industries sub-branches

– Lighting of 6 tunnels on the Dasht Arjan-Kazerun route

– Supply and installation of 30,000 lighting fixtures in the provinces of Khorasan, Kurdistan, and Hormozgan

Solar energy

Given the world’s growing need for renewable energy, this company began its activities in this field in 2008 and has participated in various conferences and exhibitions to enhance the knowledge of its staff and managers. Participation in the Solar Energy Exhibition and Seminar in 2011 in Abu Dhabi is an example of our efforts.

Examples of projects completed by the company in this field:

  • Providing electricity through solar energy to 14 villages in the Kouhrang County area
  • Construction of two solar power plants at Lake Gahar
  • Manufacture of educational solar energy system equipment for some technical and vocational centers in the country
  • Electrification of villages without power using solar energy in the south of Kerman Province
  • Supply and installation of 300-watt portable photovoltaic systems in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province
  • Supply and installation of solar water heaters in Fars Province
